He was raised in southern Indiana, he is based in Upstate South Carolina, and he founded Alinement Group LLC.
What the company is
A software and education company.
Alinement Group LLC builds software and courses for owner-led businesses. Right now, the company's front door is The Alinement Brief — one plain-English email a week on alignment, accountability, AI, and cash. The software and the courses will get their own introductions later.
The boundary
What this company is not.
Alinement Group LLC is not a CPA firm. It provides no tax, accounting, audit, attest, or legal services — attest work means an accountant formally vouches for a company's financial statements, and that does not happen here. It is a separate company from Terry W Smith CPA LLC.
